Where is my order/shipping confirmation?
If you can't find your order confirmation, please have a look in your spam or promotions folder. It should be sent within 10 minutes of your order. If you have received your order confirmation but not your shipping confirmation it's most likely because it has not been shipped yet or has been shipped and is still processing within the delivery network.
Do you offer click and collect/pick up?
Currently we are not offering click and collect/pick up.
Where can I track my order?
We provide tracking for all our orders. You may track your parcel with the link provided within your shipping confirmation email.
Where is my order? Is it shipped yet?
We usually dispatch within 3 business days if the item is in stock. Depending if you submitted your phone number or email while ordering, your tracking information is emailed or messaged to you when the package has been dispatched. If you haven't received this please contact us at email@example.com.
Why is my order delayed?
While we aim to ship your order out as soon as possible, sometimes delays can happen due to factors outside of our control. No matter what, we are here to assist you. Please reach out to us if your package is delayed.
My delivery attempt failed, what can I do?
If a delivery attempt fails, it will sometimes be delivered to the nearest service point, we therefore ask you to call your local postal carrier to see where to pick it up. Please try to find more information via your tracking link.
When do you restock sold out items?
Out of stock items usually will not be restocked. In some cases items are out of stock due to supply reasons which can't be resolved within our preorder times.
What is preorder?
Preorder means that we do not have stock on hand to send out straight away, however we are able to manufacture the items within our preorder window. Preorder items are dispatched within 5 business days.

What payment options are you offering and is it safe?
We offer safe payments through Apple pay, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Google pay, and American Express (debit and credit). WILLIAM THI never handles payment information, it's always through the bank and our agents.
