Australia Post is our primary courier. Depending on location and timeframes, we may use Sendle or another shipping company to ship your order. Delivery times are estimates from when the parcel has left our warehouse and does not include weekends or delays outside of our control.
All standard shipping orders will not require signature and if you are not home to receive the parcel, it will be left in a safe place.
- Postage time can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, customs investigation, COVID19, internal postal service investigations and other factors that are out of our control.

- Our product/postal charges do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery for international orders. All payments of taxes and duties are at the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of the contents (your order).

Tracking your parcel
Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please check your junk mail or promotions folder as some customers find this email is redirected to this folder.

On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to a week to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. Unfortunately, the Australia Post timeframes are out of our control however we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
