Returns & exchange policy
We allow returns 30 days from the day you receive the goods. As soon as a return is received at our warehouse we will process your return within 48 hours and then issue the refund or replacement. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless the product is faulty. You must return your item with its original packaging/swing tags uncut. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods, shipping costs are non-refundable. If goods are faulty we will assist you with free replacement and no need to return it.
If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within 5 days. We will then assist you to make a claim or provide a replacement product dependent on the problem.
How to return an item
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund or exchange.
2. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with the provided documents.
4. The refund, excluding the delivery cost, will be issued once we have handled your return. The handling time is up to 10 business days after being received at the warehouse but is usually handled quicker than 10 business days.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a Special or Recorded delivery service.
We allow for free shipping when you wish to exchange your purchase for another item. Simply follow the return instructions and when the item is returned we will send a new item for free.
If you are exchanging your item for a product of greater value you will be required to pay additional fees to cover the cost of the new item.
*free shipping applies to first exchange per order only. If exchanged item is lesser value you will receive credit for your next purchase.
